About The Founder
Mr.VK Mathan, a multi talented and Career oriented entrepreneur with a deep passion towards serving the Film Industry. He started of in the year 2006 as a Casting Coordinator, Later he floated his own Company named Calidus Media and grew to the next level of becoming a Casting Director. After establishing himself as a Casting Director, he grew and talented himself to become an Executive Producer and has the pride to say that he has worked for over 6 full length movies in a very short time duration. He had the insight and understanding of the assignments and worked between the Production house and the talents. He has now established himself into a respected and relied Casting Director and Executive Producer. Further VK Mathan has the ability to find fresh and new talents and mould and train them as Actors thereby becoming a Celebrity Manager himself. In this way it enables the Production house to find the right talent at the expected budgets. VK Mathan has climbed the next step and has established his business with yet another company named Calidus Ventures, the main growth and goal towards Calidus Ventures is to grow to the next level from a Executive Producer to Producing projects under this banner, simultaneously Calidus Ventures also takes up distribution of movies, short films and web series. Yet another company is Calidus Music which ventured out and formed its company in the year 2020. This company purchases audio rights and also Buying and producing music albums.
